The mold department has more than 20 technicians with college degree or above and senior level. There are more than 80 technicians in the mold manufacturing workshop. They mainly complete the design and manufacturing of plastic molds, using advanced design software such as AutoCAD, Pro / E, soliworks, UG, MasterCAM and Moldflow, the world's advanced Mikron high-speed machining center in Switzerland and Sadik slow wire cutting in Japan, Swiss chamir mirror spark machine and other high-precision CNC die processing equipment are designed and processed, with strong technology and rich experience. In terms of injection molding process, we have actively applied hot runner technology to promote gas assisted injection molding. We have also made some intentional attempts in high-speed injection molding and two-color injection molding, and achieved certain results. The spray printing department has 2 near dust-free oil injection lines (9 large and 20 small oil injection cabinets), 2 silk screen lines, 15 manual silk screen printing machines and 3 pad printing machines.
