PVC resin is usually beginning to thermal decomposite at 120~130 degree,and release of HCl , if we do not inhib the generation of HCl, the decomposition will further aggravate. But usually all PVC plastic must be processing at more than 160 degrees , so in order to complete the processing of products, we must add PVC stabilizer to prevent PVC
resin decomposite.
PVC stabilizer mainly inluding lead based PVC stabilizer, organic Ca/Zn stabilizer, Ba/Zn stabilizer, Ba/Cd/Zn stabilizer
and tin stabilizer. PVC stabilizer mainly used on PVC pipe,fittings, film, sheet, profile,window,door, wire ,cable,shoes,
foaming baord, ceiling board and so on .
