Virgin PTFE Provides excellent resistance to the most aggressive chemicals and can handle media at both elevated and semi cryogenic temperatures.
PTFE components are commonly specified for applications where attack of an added filler could occur.
Filled PTFE Performance:
1. PTFE Filled Graphite can improve the thermal conductivity, and also can improve the self-lubricating propert;
2. PTFE Filled MoS2 can improve the wear-resisting property, to make the products can be used the field of dynamic sealing;
3. PTFE filled CF can be effectively enhanced to improve the performance of the anti-cold flow;
4. PTFE Filled GF can improve the hardness of the products.
