DESPA O. K. s. r. o. is a Czech engineering firm that disaffiliated in 2001 from the company DESTA CZ Děčín, well known under the tradition mark DESTA. We enjoy more than 30-year tradition of engineering production orientated to the manufacturing of parts for lot production and production of spare parts for the DESTA manipulation technology and trucks.
The manufacturing potential of the company DESPA OK s. r. o. is focused to the following three fields:
- designing and preparation of manufacturing in series with the participation of our own production of jigs and tools for lot production and for manufacturing test series. Our experience with manufacturing for the DESTA mark makes it possible to offer to our customers also designing services followed by the development finishing and verification of the product’s construction properties.
- custom-made engineering production orientated to the production of small and medium-sized weldments or castings using chip machining and basic surface finishing, moreover also blasting and primer coating.
- authorized sale of handling technology and high-lift trucks of the brands DESTA, BELET, and electromobiles MELEX.
Sale of spare parts and tires for the handling trucks of the brands DESTA and BELET and a comprehensive external and in-shop service of the handling equipment and high-lift trucks.
Sale of renovated high-lift trucks.
Our employees are able to communicate in German and English languages on very high common and professional levels, even concerning the designing and development matters.
The custom-made engineering production and cooperation are made using the following technologies: CNC precise machining, CNC drilling centers, CNC milling centers; in our manufacturing practice we use common chip machining, as horizontal boring machines, manual and radial drilling, turning, milling, grinding, round grinding, external and internal grinding, as well as surface grinding.
For the custom-made production of weldments we use the technology of manual CO2-shielded welding, we weld predominantly the construction steel. The custom-made weldments are subsequently machined and their surface is treated according to the customer’s requirements.
The optimization of the weldments or castings production for lot production with an eventual participation of design works is one of our advantages.
In the case of special requirements, the custom-made production of gears and gear wheels is made in cooperation with our sister company ELITEX OK, s. r. o.
For the surface finishing we use the technology of blasting, heat treatment, cementation, hardening, and a box for wet varnishing, where we are orientated to the prime surface painting.
Assembly works and final treatment are executed in compliance with the requirements of precise machining, welding, and surface finishing.
Examples of our manufacturing in cooperation are as follows: precisely machined weldments, components of the steering and driving axles for all kinds of motor-driven high-lift trucks, parts for axles and chassis of trucks, gear boxes for construction machines, weldments and parts for the building and road-making technology, precisely machined castings for production of agricultural machines and devices, precisely machined parts for ships, weldments and castings for machine units, etc.
We are dealing in the sale and service of the high-lift and handling technology as, e.g., various modifications of accumulator platform trucks with the loading capacity up to 3000 kg, electric towing vehicles up to the towing capacity of 10 tons, trailers, high-lift trucks, accumulator high-lift trucks, Diesel high-lift trucks, and gas-driven high-lift trucks, traditional high- and low-lift trucks of the brand DESTA – we an authorized agent of the brand DESTA, moreover high-lift trucks of the brand BELET and the handling technology of the brand BELET.
We are dealing also in the sale and service of other handling technology, manual and electric handling devices, manually steered trucks, manual high-lift trucks, manual palletizing trucks. Sale and supplies of tires for high-lift trucks and handling devices included, sale of renovated trucks.
We are able to provide comprehensive external and in-shop service in Central and Eastern Bohemia also for other brands of a similar nature as handling technology, eventually also tire service.
